As we all know, in agriculture – “From little things, big things grow.” The first year of trials at Eurofins Kalyx saw one person operating a trial program from a back shed with a ute and a boom in regional Australia. From these simple beginnings, a leading force in Agricultural Research has evolved. With over 100 full-time staff and 70 casuals across Austalia and New Zealand, Eurofins Kalyx is today an internationally recognized and preferred supplier of agricultural field research to the Agricultural Industry in Australia.
Unquestionably, the driving force behind our continued success, is our people.
The combination of extensive industry experience, high staff retention, our strong team culture and the ability to run targeted and dynamic in-house training to new recruits has enabled us to grow the business to where it is today.
Our Graduates have the opportunity to be mentored by senior staff and develop, at their own pace, into Research or Breeding Agronomists, Regional/Business Managers, or Technical Managers.
Eurofins Kalyx invites graduates or students in their final year of study to apply for a 2027 Graduate position with us!

In order to be considered for our 2027 Graduate Program, you will need to fill out the below application form :
- Attach a cover letter telling us about yourself, your interests/hobbies. Please include your aspirations within the agriculture industry, including what excites you most about working with Eurofins Kalyx.
- Please answer the question “What excites you most about the future of agriculture and why?”
- Attach your current CV, detailing your education history, work experience, accolades and licences.
- Include the names of 2 referees and their contact details. (in CV or in message field).
Applicants will be notified throughout December if they are required for an interview.
