The five Board Members of Kalyx are also shareholders of the business and are all operationally involved.

In addition to developing and overseeing the strategic, governance, and risk framework of Kalyx, board members also have extensive experience in one or many of the disciplines required to ensure the sound operation and management of an agricultural research organisation.
