In early April the Kalyx team congregated in 5 hubs across ANZ to officially launch the 2023 Winter Trial Program. This allowed all our regional teams to come together, connect in person and hear the key messages that that we need to share across the teams in Australia and New Zealand as we head into this year.
Staff recognition star awards as voted by their peers were presented to some outstanding contributors to the Kalyx family.
We also heard from our National Technical Mangers who had the following key messages;
Brett Bushell – Winter Agronomy: “Consider quality 1st when making decisions. Choosing convenience over quality is never an option.“
Matt Burley – Horticulture and GLP: “Keep looking for opportunities to collaborate across the company. Hort & GLP is a really exciting place to be at Kalyx.“
Nathan Eulenstein – Summer Agronomy: “2023 will be a year for focussing on the crops and pests where we know we can deliver a high success rate and value for clients.“
Matt Davey – Breeding & NVT: “When there is a problem, communicate the issues early. Problems do not go away on their own and we can’t have any skeletons in the closet!“
